摘要

根据高层建筑独有特征并结合实际工程现状,对某超高层建筑进行了空调系统设计以及防排烟进行了设计.大厅及宴会厅采用全空气空调系统;办公、会议室、客房采用风机盘管+新风;一层扩大前室及避难层、防烟楼梯间采用机械加压送风系统.不符合自然排烟的区域采用机械排烟系统,使其满足最新规范的要求.

Abstract

According to the unique characteristics of super high-rise building combined with the practical engineering situation,the air conditioning system and smoke control of a super high-rise building are designed.All-air condition system is used in the hall and banquet hall.Fan coil+fresh air system is used in office,conference room and guest room.Mechanical pressurized air supply system is used in first floor enlarged front room,refuge floor and smoke-proof staircase.Mechanical smoke exhaust system shall be adopted in areas that do not conform to natural smoke exhaust,so as to meet the requirements of the latest specifications.
