摘要

以内蒙古某益生菌制品项目为研究对象,简单介绍益生菌空调系统的设计流程,包括设计参数、系统划分、气流组织、压差控制、空调系统温湿度的控制、钢结构厂房轻钢屋面空调设备及管道的吊挂等,总结设计过程中需要注意的问题,旨在对今后益生菌钢结构厂房的洁净空调设计提供参考.

Abstract

Taking a probiotic product project in Inner Mongolia as the research object,the design process of probiotic air conditioning system was briefly introduced,including design parameters,system division,air flow organization,pressure difference control,temperature and humidity control of air conditioning system,light steel roof air conditioning equipment and pipe hanging in steel structure workshop,etc.,and problems needing attention in the design process were summarized.The aim is to provide reference for clean air conditioning design of probiotic steel structure plant in the future.
