洁净度(用粒子浓度表征)是洁净室重要受控参数之一.基于采样机理,提出了一种可精准预测洁净室内粒子浓度的瞬态CFD仿真计算方法.该方法在拉格朗日离散相模型基础上,加入粒子计数器等效模型,模拟空气和粒子通过采样口的动态行为.搭建实验平台进行验证,结果显示仿真与实测数据吻合良好.成果不仅为洁净室粒子浓度仿真提供新方法,同时也为HVAC系统的优化设计提供支持.
A Simulation Method and Verification for Cleanroom Particle Concentration Based on the Sampling Mechanism of Particle Counters
Cleanliness,indicated by particle concentration levels,is a pivotal control parameter in cleanrooms.Levering the sampling mechanism of particle counters,this research introduces a transient Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation technique for the precise prediction of particle concentrations within cleanroom environments.Building on the Lagrangian discrete phase model,the study integrates an equivalent model of the particle counter to emulate the dynamic transit of air and particles through the sampling ports.Verification was conducted using an experimental setup,and the outcomes showed good congruence between simulation and actual measurements.The advancements made herein not only furnish a novel approach for simulating cleanroom particle concentrations but also bolster the optimization of HVAC system designs.
