新型空调水冷系统可充分利用自然冷源,减少数据中心冷水机组的使用,实现降低数据中心电能利用比值(PUE)目标.其技术原理是:将冷冻水温度由7℃提高至15℃并采用间接蒸发冷却的冷水机组制冷取代传统直接蒸发冷却塔,其中间接蒸发冷却的冷水机组可以带来比开式冷却水塔低2℃以下的冷水.同时取一次水供回水温度15℃/21℃的基础条件下,延长了间接蒸发冷却冷水机组自然免费制冷的时长,由此充分利用自然冷源实现冷却功能.
Energy saving analysis of a new air conditioning water cooling system
The new air conditioning water cooling system can make full use of natural cold sources,reduce the use of water chillers in data centers,and achieve the goal of reducing the PUE of data centers.The technical principle is that the temperature of chilled water is raised from 7℃ to 15℃,and the traditional direct evaporation cooling tower is replaced by indirect evaporation cooling water chiller,in which the indirect evaporation cooling water chiller can bring cold water below 2 ℃ lower than the open cooling water tower.At the same time,under the basic condition that the temperature of primary water supply and return water is 15/21 ℃,the natural free cooling time of indirect evaporation cooling chiller is prolonged,so that the natural cold source is fully utilized to realize the cooling function.
