电力需求响应政策下数据中心应对策略简析

摘要
随近年数据中心用电量占社会总用电量的逐步提升,在社会总电力需求刚性增长以及受冬季极端寒潮天气、夏季持续高温等因素影响,社会电力保供压力不断增大背景下,数据中心用电也不断开始受到限制.针对相关部门提出的电力需求响应政策,从制冷、电力、算力三个方面分析了数据中心在应对电力需求时可以采取的相关措施,以期在响应前期能够进行一些理论工作以及响应策略验证.
Abstract
With the gradual increase of data center electricity consumption in social total consumption.Under the background of the rigid growth of the total social power demand and the increasing pressure of social power supply due to extreme cold wave weather in winter and continuous high temperature in summer.The power consumption of data centers has also begun to be restricted.For coping with the power demand response policies proposed by relevant departments,this paper analyzes the relevant measures that data centers can take to cope with power demand from three aspects:cooling,electricity and computing power,as to carry out some theoretical work and response strategy verification in the early stage of response.
