城市更新中地下商业综合体暖通设计的实践与探索

以重庆某地下商业综合体旧改为例,阐述了"城市更新"应坚持"留改拆"并举的总方针,防止大拆大建;全面分析了暖通设计中"留改拆"的难点,重点从机房利旧、空调水系统、空调风系统、排油烟系统、室内净高、自然通风6个方面提出相应的解决措施.改造后实测运行数据表明该空调系统达到了舒适、节能、经济的效果,可为类似旧改项目提供参考.
Implementation and explorations of HVAC design in underground commercial complexes in urban renewal
Taking the renovation of a certain underground commercial complex in Chongqing as an example,this paper elaborates on the general principle of"retention,modification,and demolition"that should be adhered to in"urban renewal",preventing large-scale demolition and construction.It comprehensively analyzes the difficulties in HVAC design concerning"retention,modification,and demolition",focusing on six aspects:reuse of machine rooms,air conditioning water systems,air conditioning air systems,fume exhaust systems,indoor net storey height,and natural ventilation,and proposes corresponding solutions.The operational data measured after the renovation indicates that the air conditioning system has achieved comfortable,energy-saving,and economical effects,which can provide a reference for similar renovation projects.
