Analysis of Design Form Gene and Heritability of Sofa Products
In the research and development of enterprise sofa products,each generation of sofa products basically has a certain continuity and inheritance,continuing the characteristics of the sofa product family.In this paper,four groups of main styles of a brand of sofa products are mainly selected to extract the most hereditary form genes and improve the construction of its product family.The dominant morphological characteristics were extracted by the morphological analysis method,and the standard deviation coefficient algorithm was used to reflect the difference between various characteristics.The heritability of morphological characteristics with strong traits was judged.The smaller the standard deviation coefficient was,the stronger the heritability was,so as to determine the dominant morphological genes with the most heritability.Through the analysis of heritability,the 5 most heritable form genes of sofa products were obtained:the form between the length of the armrest and the position of the imperial concubine,the edge of the imperial concubine,the connection form between the armrest and the base of the seat,the position form between the armrest and the backrest,and the overall contour line.These inherited morphological genes are conducive to the construction of the sofa product family and also provide an important reference for designers to carry out product iterative design.
