基于DEMATEL—ISM—TOPSIS的儿童坐姿改善产品设计研究

为科学纠正儿童不良坐姿并提升坐姿改善产品的用户体验,提高产品与生长发育高峰期儿童的适配度,提出一种融合决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)、解释结构模型法(ISM)和优劣距离法(TOPSIS)的产品设计流程.首先,借助Citespace软件梳理该领域产品的研究思路,结合用户需求归纳出儿童坐姿改善产品的影响因素体系.其次,基于DEMAIEL-ISM法构建出影响因素的多层递阶结构模型,直观展示各因素间的作用路径.最后,通过IOPSIS法确定载体形式,以数据采集准确性为切入点提高坐姿改善产品的用户适配性,完成儿童坐姿改善产品的创新设计与优化.对儿童坐姿改善产品的体验性和有效性方面进行了革新,利用传感器使产品适用于不同年龄阶段的儿童,增强了用户需求与设计目标的指向性,进一步验证了DEMATEL-ISM-TOPSIS理论模型的可行性,能为姿态改善类产品的创新设计提供可借鉴的思路.
Research on Product Design for Improving Children's Sitting Posture Based on DEMATEL-ISM-TOPSIS Method
In order to scientifically correct children's poor sitting posture,enhance the user experience of sitting posture improvement products,and improve the fit of products with children at their peak growth and development,a product process integrating Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL),Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM),and TOPSIS method was proposed.First of all,with the help of Citespace software to sort out the research ideas of the products in this field,combined with the user's needs to summarize the influencing factor system of children's sitting posture improvement products,Second,a multilayer recursive structural model of the influencing factors was constructed based on the DEMATEL-ISM method to visualize the path of action among the factors.Finally,the carrier form is determined by the TOPSIS method,and the data collection accuracy is used as an entry point to improve the user suitability of the sitting posture improvement products and to complete the innovative design and optimization of children's sitting posture improvement products.The experiential and effective aspects of children's sitting posture improvement products are innovated,and the use of sensors makes the products applicable to children of different ages,which enhances the directionality of the user's needs and the design goals and further verifies the feasibility of the theoretical model of DEMATEL-ISM-TOPSIS,which can provide a referable idea for the innovative design of posture improvement products.
