基于眼动追踪的青年公寓色彩视觉影响因素研究

摘要
随着中国社会的飞速发展,青年公寓的租赁成为市场经济下的热门行业.若公寓色彩设计能符合青年租户的视觉喜好,必然能提高青年公寓租赁的成交量.为探究不同群体的租客视觉偏好规律,本文利用PCCS色彩体系及控制变量法制作青年公寓色彩方案,对来自不同地区的18-35岁公寓租客,通过眼动仪器记录不同群体受试者在观看不同色彩设计方案时的注视时长,采用数量化Ⅰ类理论的多元线性回归对室内色彩设计因素和人口因素进行分析,进而研究青年租户的色彩认知特点和规律,用定量研究的方法分析不同性别、籍贯和职业的青年认知色彩的视觉差异性.
Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinese society,the rental of single apartments has become a popular industry in the market economy.If the color design of the apartment can meet the visual preferences of young tenants,it will inevitably increase the transaction volume of youth apartment rentals.In order to explore the visual preference of tenants of different groups,this paper used the PCCS color system and control variable method to make the color scheme of youth apartments,recorded the gaze time of different groups of subjects watching different color design schemes of apartment tenants aged 18-35 from different regions through eye tracking instruments,used multiple linear regression of quantitative class Ⅰ theory to analyze the interior color design factors and demographic factors,and then studied the color cognitive characteristics and rules of young tenants.The visual difference in cognitive color among young people of different genders,places of origin,and occupations was analyzed by the quantitative research method.
