Study on the Sound Insulation Performance and Rules of Artificial Boards in Indoor Spaces
As one of the important materials for interior decoration,wood-based board will have an important impact on the acoustic environment of indoor spaces. It is of great significance to study the sound insulation performance of wood-based panels in indoor spaces.Based on this, the sound insulation performance of wood-based board veneer structure, box frame structure, and box frame structure with gypsum board as the backboard was analyzed in this study. The findings indicate that the plate type has a substantial impact on the acoustic insulation performance. In veneer structure, plywood has better sound insulation performance than other plates. The box frame structure has the potential to greatly enhance the sound insulation performance of the veneer structure. The sound insulation of the box frame structure made of five wood-based boards increased by 30.77%(MDF),7.14%(plywood),29.17%(particleboard),44.00%(fingerboard),and 18.52%(blockboard),respectively.In addition, the wood-based board-plasterboard box frame structure connected by glue bonding can maintain good sound insulation performance. This research can provide a scientific basis for the application of wood-based panels in indoor spaces and the optimization of indoor environments.
