A Study on the Fatigue Recovery Effect of Different Massage Modes of Massage Chairs oh the Trapezius Muscle of the Shoulder
The recovery effect of muscle fatigue plays an important role in evaluating the massage effect of massage chairs, and there is little research on the recovery effect of muscle fatigue in massage chairs. This article uses surface electromyography to collect electromyographic signals of the trapezius muscle of the shoulder from six experimental subjects after fatigue and massage and analyzes the recovery effects of muscle fatigue under five massage modes:kneading, tapping, tapping, finger pressing, and kneading. The research results indicate that for different genders, the massage mode has a significant effect on the fatigue recovery of the shoulder trapezius muscle(P<0.05).Under tapping mode, the fatigue recovery effect in males is better(MVEL=2.1%,MVER=6.54%,MFL=-0.3,MFR=-1.23);in kneading mode, women have a better fatigue recovery effect(MVEL=5.14%,MVER=27.73%,MFL=-1.72,MFR=-0.6).Overall analysis shows that massage modes with tapping functions can produce better muscle fatigue recovery effects and have better massage effects.
