Zhejiang residential age contains a wealth of historical information and regional culture. In this paper, three residential houses in Jinyun Heyang Village,Jinyun County,Lishui District,Liandu District,Xixi Village,Shanchuan Huanguang, and Shicang Village,Songyang County,Leshantang, are selected as research objects. The causes of the spatial morphology of Lishui dwellings are quantitatively analyzed by using the convex spatial analysis method of spatial syntax theory and the four indicators of integration, selectivity, connection value, and total depth value based on Depthamp software.Through the topological model analysis,it can be seen that the hall house is in the core position in the spatial layout of the folk houses in southern Zhejiang, and its spatial form is deeply influenced by the Confucian ritual culture and patriarchal system. The gable porch and the alley play the role of spatial relationship organization as the main traffic flow line in the folk houses in southern Zhejiang.
