Research an Interior Space Design for"Multi Generational Living Together"under the Background of Aging——Taking Japan and Singapore as Examples
Faced with the arrival of the silver wave in the contemporary era,there is a lag in the design of indoor space and market supply and demand for home-based elderly care in China.The traditional home-based elderly care model has become incompatible with the increase or decrease of family members and changes in the living environment.How to grasp the distance between a bowl of soup and awaken the essence of home by connecting the needs of multiple generations through space is thought-provoking.This article takes the indoor space design of multi generation cohabitation housing in Japan and Singapore,which are mature countries for elderly care in Asia,as the research object under the concept of home health and wellness.By summarizing and analyzing the background and characteristics of similar stages of aging development,and analyzing the similarities and differences of indoor space design after classification,it further proposes the spatial layout inspiration for multi generation cohabitation in Japan and Singapore,including the interactivity,privacy,and adaptability of the design to the living environment.Combined with the"4-2-1"family form in China,it analyzes the indoor space design classification suitable for the development of China's multi generation cohabitation home health and wellness model,and proposes solutions to meet the disintegration of traditional elderly care mode and aging of residential facilities faced by multi generation cohabitation.Provide suggestions on practical issues such as the construction of community elderly care services and the division of property rights,To provide reference for the construction of indoor space design suitable for multi generation cohabitation and elderly care in China.
