Optimization of AI-assisted Design Process in the Field of Soft Furniture Design
The soft furniture industry's expansion has led to a surge in design demands,imposing a heavy workload on designers.Urgent workflow optimization is imperative. The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence in Graphic Computing (AIGC) offers potential. However,soft furniture design deviates significantly from traditional industrial design,necessitating tailored optimization of standard AIGC-assisted design approaches. This study distilled three such approaches and,through focused group experiments and grounded theory,customized the AIGC pathway for soft furniture design. A functional prototype,based on the optimized pathway,was constructed and experimentally validated for its efficacy. The optimized pathway outperformed the original in controllability,assistance,and solution quality,with statistically significant disparities (P<0.05).
