基于居家办公用户需求的智能办公桌设计研究

文章对智能办公桌行业的发展现状进行分析,并对家用智能办公桌进行设计研究.结合kano模型,调研市场上传统的办公家具及已有的智能办公家具,并查阅相关文献,分析目标人群对家用智能办公桌的需求,在满足实用性的前提下,探索性构建家用智能办公桌需求模型.根据构建出的Better-Worse系数分析四分位图,总结得出家用智能办公桌设计改进方向为智能升降、无线充电、语音系统、灯光调节等,并依据总结出的改进方向对家用智能办公桌进行设计与实践.该智能办公桌设计可通过智能升降及灯光自动调节的功能满足用户身体机能的需求,减少用户在家庭办公过程中的脊椎及眼部疲劳度;通过无线充电的功能满足用户对于便利性的需求,提升创新性体验;通过智能语音的功能满足用户对个性化服务以及工作效率提升的需求;通过桌面便携调节功能满足用户对于家庭空间利用的需求.通过对智能办公桌的设计与研究,为以后家用智能办公桌的发展提供参考.
Research and Practice on Intelligent Office Desk Design Based on the Needs of Home Office Users
The purpose of the article is to analyze the current development of the smart desk industry and conduct design research on home smart desks. The method is to combine the Kano model,conduct research on traditional office furniture and existing smart office furniture in the market,and consult relevant literature to analyze the demand of the target audience for home smart office desks. Under the premise of meeting practicality,explore the construction of smart office desks at home. Based on the constructed Better-Worse coefficient analysis of the quarter bitmap,it is concluded that the improvement directions for the design of smart desks for home use include intelligent lifting,wireless charging,voice systems,lighting adjustments,etc. Based on the summarized improvement directions,the design and practice of smart desks for home use are carried out. The design of this intelligent office desk can meet the needs of users' physical functions through intelligent lifting and automatic adjustment of lighting,reducing spinal and eye fatigue during home work;satisfy users' convenience needs and enhance innovative experiences through the wireless charging function;meet the needs of users for personalized services and improved work efficiency through the function of intelligent voice;and meet user needs for home space utilization through the desktop portable adjustment function. By designing and researching smart desks,references will be provided for the future development of home smart desks.
