产教融合协同创新的动因与现实困境及推进策略

实施产教融合协同创新育人战略是国家发展新质生产力、化解创新型技能技术人才供需矛盾和解决产教融合运行机制不畅的必由之路.但其目前还存在产教融合协同机制缺乏创新、产教融合匹配产业需求的精准度低和"双师型"教师队伍质量有待提高等诸多困境.急需创新产教融合协同育人机制,提升协同治理能力;对接国家发展战略,提升产教融合匹配产业需求的精准度;推进"双师型"教师队伍质量建设,增强人才培养原动力.
The Motivation Realistic Dilemma,and Promotion Strategy of Production-Education Integration and Collaborative Innovation
The implementation of a production-education integration collaborative innovation education strategy is the only way for the country to develop new quality productivity,resolve the contradiction between the supply and demand of innovative technical talents,and resolve the poor operating mechanism of production-education integration. However,there are still many difficulties in the production-education integration coordination mechanism,such as lack of innovation and low accuracy of production-education integration to match industrial demand,and the quality of "double-qualified" teachers needs to be improved. There is an urgent need to innovate the production-education integration collaborative education mechanism to improve collaborative governance ability,synergize national development strategies,and improve the accuracy of the integration of industry and education to match the needs of industry and industry. We will promote the quality construction of "double-qualified" teachers and increase the driving force for talent training.
