Research on Innovative Management of Social Practice Teaching Bases for Professional Degree Graduate Students
With the continuous optimization of China's postgraduate education system,professional degree postgraduate education is becoming more and more an important part of the whole postgraduate education system,and the social and economic development has put forward higher level requirements for the cultivation of professional talents. This paper focuses on the innovative management research of social practice teaching base for professional degree graduate students,analyzes the value connotation of social practice teaching for cultivating professional degree graduate students,and points out that it is not only an extension expansion of theoretical learning,but also a useful attempt to test professional ability,and also the core link of high-quality cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. It also compares the development status of practice teaching of graduate students at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems existing in the operation of practice teaching bases for professional degree graduate students in China. Finally,in view of the existing problems,an effective path for the construction of management mechanism and capacity improvement of professional degree graduate students' practice bases in the whole process and systematization is constructed,which is expected to provide reference for the universities in our province to explore the innovative management mechanism of professional degree graduate students' social practice teaching bases.
