Research on Stage-Based University-Enterprise Collaborative Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation Model for New Engineering Disciplines
Current university-enterprise collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation faces challenges such as underdeveloped systems, insufficient teaching resources, lack of motivation among participants, mismatch between training systems and employment demands, and inadequate evaluation mechanisms. To address these issues, this paper proposes a three-stage university-enterprise collaborative cultivation model driven by innovation and entrepreneurship projects,a curriculum system that integrates"theory+practice teaching → special research → innovation and entrepreneurship project implementation,"a dynamically expandable innovation and entrepreneurship project library with a multi-level university-enterprise collaborative management platform, and a flexible evaluation and diversified quality monitoring system for innovation and entrepreneurship education. This systematic,practice-oriented model aims to cultivate diversified and innovative engineering talents that meet the needs of the new era.
