摘要
曲木家具不仅具有优美的曲线造型,而且在人机工学、绿色环保等方面具有显著优势.为了探索实木弯曲技术在珍贵树种家具产品中的应用,以柚木为研究对象,通过弯曲实验分析和方案设计的方法,从产品造型与结构设计两方面入手,对柚木曲木家具的研发进行研究.在吸收传统软化工艺的基础上,提出采用软化液浸渍与蒸汽协同的方法软化柚木,以改善弯曲性能;在此基础上,以柚木"曲木椅"为设计范例,利用软件ANSYS对其结构力学强度进行研究,并通过优化设计,分析出固装式曲木家具结构的榫卯尺寸,从而获得较为理想的节点配合关系.这不仅有利于柚木的高附加值利用,而且在柚木家具新产品研发方面提供新思路与方法.
Abstract
Bentwood furniture not only features elegant curved designs but also offers significant advantages in ergonomics,green living,and environmental protection.To explore the application of solid wood bending technology in furniture made from precious wood species,this study focuses on teak.Through bending experiments and design analysis,this research addresses both product modeling and structural design in the development of teak bentwood furniture.Building on traditional softening techniques,the study proposes using a combination of softening solution impregnation and steam treatment to improve teak's bending properties.Using the teak"bentwood chair"as a design example,structural strength was analyzed using ANSYS software.The optimized design determined ideal mortise and tenon dimensions for fixed bentwood furniture,resulting in an ideal node fit.This research not only promotes the high-value utilization of teak but also introduces new ideas and methods for developing innovative teak furniture.
