地方依恋理论下澳门复合型街市公共空间影响因素研究

澳门人称传统市场为"街市",但随着经济社会发展与现代化进程的加快,传统街市空间的扩建、更新与优化,造成澳门城市的传统生活样貌逐渐淡化.本研究选取澳门五处复合型街市公共空间作为研究对象,采用语义差分法、因子分析法及回归分析法,探究影响人们对街市公共空间地方依恋感知的要素.研究过程中得到了空间依恋要素、空间功能要素、社会互动要素和空间环境要素四个方面的14个指标,并筛选出影响澳门街市公共空间地方依恋的关键因素.基于此,进一步提出复合型街市公共空间的管理和优化策略,为构建更加富有人文关怀的街市空间设计提供科学的方法与理论指导,有助于后续保护、更新与活化之依据.
Research on the Influencing Factors of Public Spaces in Composite Street Markets in Macao Based on Place Attachment Theory
In Macao,traditional markets are referred to as"street markets."However,with rapid economic growth and modernization,the expansion and renovation of traditional market spaces have gradually eroded the city's traditional lifestyle.This study selects five composite street markets in Macao as research subjects,employing semantic differential methods,factor analysis,and regression analysis to explore the factors influencing people's place attachment to public market spaces.The study identifies four categories of influential indicators—spatial attachment,functional,social interaction,and environmental elements—and pinpoints the key factors affecting place attachment in Macao's street markets.Based on these findings,management strategies for optimizing composite street market public spaces are proposed,offering scientific guidance for the construction of more humanistic market spaces,and aiding in their subsequent preservation,renewal,and revitalization.
