摘要
文章构建了传统手工艺的产业转型策略.以共同富裕的深刻内涵为依据,通过对传统手工艺发展的SWOT矩阵进行分析,融合教育、科技、政策、产业和经济五个领域提出"5+"升级策略.提出以设计驱动产业升级的发展路向:向文化创意产业转型;向数字化经营模式转型;向全产业链发展转型.基于此搭建一个联结企业、协会、学校、传承人的资源共享协同平台,通过研究工艺美术的品牌创新、数字化技术应用、产品设计与开发、文化传承与创新以及市场推广与合作发展策略,探索出在科学技术革新、大众消费升级以及产业结构调整背景下,工艺美术行业的转型升级和优秀传统工艺文化的活态传承路径.
Abstract
This paper proposes industrial transformation strategies for traditional handicrafts based on the profound connotation of common prosperity.By analyzing the SWOT matrix of traditional handicraft development,it introduces the"5+"upgrading strategy that integrates the fields of education,science and technology,policy,industry,and economy.A design-driven industrial upgrading pathway is proposed,encompassing transformations toward cultural and creative industries,digital business models,and full industry chain development.A collaborative resource-sharing platform connecting enterprises,associations,schools,and inheritors is established.The study explores strategies for brand innovation,digital technology application,product design and development,cultural inheritance and innovation,as well as market promotion and cooperative development.Against the backdrop of technological innovation,mass consumption upgrades,and industrial restructuring,this research identifies pathways for the transformation and upgrading of the arts and crafts sector and the living inheritance of outstanding traditional craftsmanship.
