Overturning Stability Research of Wheeled Child Conveyances Based on Parametric Model
The structural styles of wheeled child conveyances vary greatly in the market, while furniture manufacturers, sellers, and parents generally lack awareness of the safety risks posed by overturning, leading to frequent safety incidents. This study selects a bamboo and rattan portable wheeled child conveyance as the research object, establishes a parametric model of the conveyance and children's body, and analyzes transverse and longitudinal overturning conditions. It concludes that under certain conditions, children aged 21 months and 33 months can cause the conveyance to overturn both horizontally and vertically. The parking position of the front universal wheel significantly affects longitudinal stability, with positioning at the front substantially reducing overturning risks.Key structural parameters influencing overturning are incorporated into the parametric model to derive constraints, offering design references for furniture enterprises.
