"Artistic Rural Construction,"a highly regarded approach,has played a unique role in innovating rural development models,enhancing endogenous power,and improving the quality of life for villagers.However,the lack of unified implementation standards for Artistic Rural Construction,often relying on subjective understanding,has resulted in inconsistent quality and deviations from fundamental rural development logic and national strategies.To address this,this study establishes a scientifically rigorous evaluation index system for the effectiveness of Artistic Rural Construction,enabling quantitative assessment and dynamic management nationwide to promote"Harmonious and Beautiful Rural Construction."The evaluation system,grounded in the"general requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,"comprises five primary and 25 secondary indicators.It provides a systematic approach to evaluating the comprehensive effectiveness of Artistic Rural Construction,offering a scientific basis and practical guidance for high-quality execution and development.
