Objective To analyze the effect of biochemical examination of liver function in patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis.Methods: From January 2020 to July 2021, 80 patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis were selected as the experimental group, and 80 healthy people in the same period were selected as the reference group.Biochemical tests of liver function were carried out for all personnel, and the biochemical indexes of liver function of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results: The biochemical indexes of liver function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05); The biochemical indexes of liver function in decompensated patients were higher than those in compensated patients (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The application of liver function biochemical test in patients with liver cirrhosis can determine the severity of the patient''s condition, which can be used as a basis for treatment of patients, and has a certain value in improving the prognosis of patients.
