Objective To analyze the effect and specific methods of paravertebral nerve block in anesthesia of patients with gastric cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery, and to study the practical effect of stress response indicators, adverse emotions, clinical indicators and adverse reaction incidence rate of patients after its implementation. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, 80 patients with gastric cancer treated by laparoscopic radical surgery were selected.According to the method of random studyrison of clinical indicators: compared with the control group, all time indicators in the study group were shorter, and the dosage of propofol was lower (P<0.05).The comparison was significant; The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the study group, with significant difference in statistical data (P<0.05).Conclusion: Paravertebral nerve block is of high value, which can help patients effectively suppress adverse emotions, adverse reactions and stress reactions, shorten the stay time in the monitoring treatment room and extubation time after anesthesia, and can be popularized.
