摘要

目的:讨论人文关怀理念在慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的应用研究.方法:选择2021年8月到2022年8月治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者60例,分为两组,实验组中使用人文关怀理念,对照组中使用常规护理.结果:两组的护理满意率,焦虑评分、抑郁评分,社会支持、精神状态、日常情绪以及症状表现等生活质量评分,个性化护理、环境护理、心理护理、健康教育等护理质量评分相比(P < 0.05).结论:在慢性心力衰竭患者中使用人文关怀理念,可缓解负面情绪,提高护理质量,改善生活质量,提高护理满意率,具有重要的临床价值.

Abstract

Objective To discuss the study on the application of humanistic care concept in the care of patients with chronic heart failure.METHODS: Sixty patients with chronic heart failure treated from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups, with the humanistic care concept used in the experimental group and conventional care used in the control group.RESULTS: The nursing satisfaction rate, anxiety scores, depression scores, quality of life scores such as social support, mental status, daily mood, and symptom performance, personalized care, environmental care, psychological care, and health education were compared between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Using the humanistic care concept in patients with chronic heart failure can alleviate negative emotions, improve the quality of care, improve the quality of life, and increase the nursing satisfaction rate, which has important clinical value.
