摘要
目的:探究分析苓桂术甘汤合并桂枝葛根汤结合针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效及对预后的影响.方法:选择2018年7月——2019年7月我院收治的颈性眩晕患者100例,按照随机数字表方式分为对照组(常规西医治疗,n=50例)和研究组(对照组基础上予苓桂术甘汤合并桂枝葛根汤结合针灸治疗,n=50例),对两组临床疗效进行比较.结果:研究组临床疗效率92.00％,高于对照组,P ＜ 0.05.治疗后研究组眩晕、头痛、颈肩痛、心理与社会适应、日常生活与工作等评分各为(12.12±1.33)、(1.58±0.26)、(4.0
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of Linggui Shugan decoction combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo and its influence on prognosis.Methods: A total of 100 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into control group (conventional western medicine treatment, n=50) and study group (on the basis of control group, Linggui Shugan decoction combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion, n=50) according to the random number table.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results: The clinical efficacy rate of the study group was 92.00％, which was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment, the scores of vertigo, headache, neck and shoulder pain, psychological and social adaptation, daily life and work in the study group were(12.12±1.33), (1.58±0.26), (4.09±0.31), (3.97±0.38), (3.23±0.28), respectively, which were higher than those in the control group, P＜0.05.After treatment, the scores of physical function, physical function, physical pain, emotional function, energy, general health status and social function in the study group were (88.81±8.87), (89.62±8.95), (84.63±8.71), (85.53±8.57), (78.42±7.87) and (83.5), respectively 3±8.41) and (85.13±8.56) were also higher than those in the control group, P＜0.05.Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with cervical vertigo, Linggui Shugan decoction combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and improve their quality of life.It has significant significance to improve the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
