Objective To explore the effect of stage rehabilitation nursing on hand function rehabilitation of patients with flexor tendon injury after surgery.Methods: A total of 74 patients with flexor tendon injury after surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as subjects of this study.They were divided by random number table method, observation group and control group, with average n=37.Both groups received conservative treatment, the control group was given routine nursing, observation group was given stage rehabilitation nursing.Hand muscle strength, range of motion and nursing evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results: After nursing, the grip strength, lateral grip strength and three-point pinch strength of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05), and the range of motion of the metacarpal and phalangeal joints, proximal interphalangeal joints and distal fingertip joints of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Stage rehabilitation nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect of hand function in patients with flexor tendon injury after surgery, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
