目的:探讨中医穴位贴敷护理技术对慢性咳嗽患儿的应用效果.方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月我院接收的66名慢性咳嗽患儿作为本研究对象,通过随机数字表法对研究对象进行分组,其中参照组33例,实施常规护理,观察组33例,采取中医穴位贴敷护理技术.研究并比较双方患儿的护理满意度、中医证候积分、临床症状积分、不良反应、生活质量五方面情况.结果:观察组护理满意度高于参照组(χ2=8.836,P=0.002).观察组不良反应发生率低于参照组(χ2=5.802,P=0.016).观察组中医证候积分低于参照组(T=
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application nursing technology on children with chronic cough.Methods: 66 children with chronic cough received in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.The subjects were divided into three groups by the random number table method, including 33 cases in the reference group, who were given routine nursing care, and 33 cases in the observation group, who were given traditional Chinese medicine point sticking nursing techniques.To study and compare the nursing satisfaction, TCM syndrome score, clinical symptom score, adverse reaction and quality of life of the two children.Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group (χ2=8.836, P=0.002).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group (χ2=5.802, P=0.016).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group (T=23.938, P＜0.001).The scores of cough, expectoration, wheezing and pharyngeal inflammation in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group (T=5.509,3.646, 5.112; P＜0.001).The total score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group (T=4.561, P＜0.001).Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of chronic cough in children can effectively improve the symptoms of children, reduce adverse reactions of children, and have high satisfaction with nursing, which has clinical application value.
