摘要
目的:分析研究老年脑外伤硬膜外血肿予以程序化护理的应用价值.方法:选取2019.01-2022.01区间本院收治76例老年脑外伤硬膜外血肿患者作为主体展开对照分析,依据护理方式差异性,记对照组(n=38)、观察组(n=38),前组予以常规护理,后组采取程序化护理,统计两组各项指标(护理满意度评估值、临床指标测评值、心理状态测评值、生活质量测评值、日常生活能力)展开细致观测并实施对比分析.结果:观察组护理满意度占比高于对照组,P ＜ 0.05.观察组临床指标测评值低于对照组,P ＜ 0.05.干预前心理状态
Abstract
Objective To analyze and study the application value of programmed nursing care for senile brain trauma epidural hematoma.Methods: 76 elderly patients with epidural hematoma of brain trauma treated in our hospital from September 1, 2019 to December 1, 2011 were selected as the subjects for comparative analysis.According to the differences in nursing methods, the control group (n=38) and the observation group (n=38) were recorded.The former group was given routine nursing, and the latter group was given programmed nursing, All indicators (nursing satisfaction evaluation value, clinical indicator evaluation value, psychological status evaluation value, quality of life evaluation value, and daily living ability) of the two groups were analyzed and observed carefully.Results: The percentage of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The evaluation value of clinical indicators in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in psychological status before intervention (P＞0.05); After intervention, it was lower in the observation group (P＜0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in quality of life (P＞0.05); After intervention, the observation group was closer to the normal range(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in ADL scores before intervention (P＞0.05); After the intervention, it was all increased, especially in the observation group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: During the period of nursing care for the elderly patients with brain trauma and epidural hematoma, the programmed nursing has the effect of improving clinical indicators, alleviating bad emotions, improving daily living ability, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and greatly improving the level of nursing.
