Objective To explore the clinical value of using restorative oral treatment for elderly patients with oral diseases. METHODS:Ninety-eight cases of elderly patients with oral diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (restorative oral treatment) and control group (conventional treatment), 49 cases each.RESULTS: Compared with the control group (81.63%), the total effective rate of treatment (95.92%) was higher in the observation group (P<0.05); after treatment, all clinical symptom scores, inflammatory factor levels and quality of life scores were lower and higher in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The use of restorative oral therapy for elderly patients with oral diseases can improve the therapeutic effect, effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and inflammatory response of the organism, and improve their quality of life.
