Objective To study the specific methods of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal gallbladder abnormalities and evaluate its application value.Methods: Take the fetal gallbladder abnormalities treated in our hospital from October 28, 2018 to October 20, 2022 as the research object, with a total of 50 cases.Set them as the research group, and select 50 normal healthy pregnant women admitted in the same period to compare with them.Set them as the control group, and all patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.Results: The results of color Doppler ultrasound showed that the gallbladder in the study group was not displayed, the gallbladder was enlarged, and the abnormal echo in the gallbladder was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound has high application value, can improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis, improve the prognosis of disease, and promote the implementation of targeted treatment measures.It is suitable for universal use.
