Objective To analyze the clinical value of hypothyroidism in pregnant women.Methods: 40 pregnant women with hypothyroidism in hospital were selected as the research group, and the period was controlled from January 2020 to January 2022, and 40 pregnant women with normal pregnancy test in hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The results of thyroid function test and diagnosis satisfaction of the two groups were explored and analyzed.Results: In the study group, 4 cases of subclinical type accounted for 10.00%, 8 cases of mild type accounted for 20.00%, 25 cases of typical type accounted for 62.50%, and 3 cases of severe type accounted for 7.50%.The levels of TSH and FT3 in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The levels of T3, T4 and FT4 in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group (92.50%), the diagnostic satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%, and there was no statistical difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion: The typical hypothyroidism is the main type of pregnant women with hypothyroidism.Compared with normal pregnant women, the detection level of thyroid function of patients is significantly different, which can be used for clinical diagnosis of hypothyroidism pregnant women and provide some support for follow-up treatment.
