Objective To investigate the value and accuracy of CT and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal tumor metastasis. Methods: From June 2021 to June 2022, a total of 50 patients with abdominal tumor metastasis were selected for research and analysis. The subjects were divided into two groups based on the random number table, namely, the control group and the observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was diagnosed with conventional CT, and the observation group was diagnosed with enhanced CT.The diagnostic coincidence rate and the difference of micro implant focus between the two groups were compared. Results After the corresponding diagnosis, the patients in the two groups were compared with the patients in the control group. The diagnostic coincidence rate of omental implantation metastasis, liver metastasis, abdominal lymph node, adrenal gland and abdominal metastasis in the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the differences in the length, minimum area, width and other smiling planting ranges, the difference in the observation group was small and had statistical value (P<0.05).Conclusion: When clinical diagnosis is carried out for patients with abdominal tumor metastasis, the effect of using enhanced CT for diagnosis is better than that of conventional CT.Its diagnostic accuracy is higher, and it can detect micro implant lesions more accurately, laying a foundation for patients to receive effective treatment in time.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
