Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on motor function of stroke patients.Methods: 70 patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided by random number table method, observation group and control group, with average n=35.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing.Neurological and motor function, daily living ability and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results: Before nursing, FMA upper limb, FMA lower limb and NIHSS scores of observation group and control group were compared (P ＞ 0.05), 30 days after nursing, FMA upper limb and FMA lower limb scores of observation group and control group were improved compared with before nursing, and observation group was higher than control group (P ＜ 0.05), NIHSS scores were decreased compared with before nursing.The observation group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Before nursing, the daily living ability scores of instrumental life and physical life were compared between the two groups (P＞0.05), the scores of the observation group and the control group were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of professional technology, health education, quality service, job responsibility and hygiene and disinfection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing can improve the motor function and nerve function of stroke patients, patients'' daily living ability.
