摘要

目的:对上颌第二磨牙颊侧骨皮质区植入种植钉推磨牙向远中移动效果进行观察.方法:挑选2019年1月-2022年6月本院接收的24例拒绝拔牙矫治治疗的患者,根据随机分配方式,分成两组(对照组12例,上颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙牙根之间植入种植钉;观察组12例,上颌第二磨牙颊侧骨皮质区植入种植钉).观察两组植入种植钉矫治前后的测量项目指标、种植钉施力测量参数差值、软组织侧貌标志点.结果:治疗前,两组U1-X、U1-Y、U6-X、U6''-Y、U6-Y"指标对比无差异(P > 0.05).治疗后,U1-X、U6-X、

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of pushing the molar to the distance with the implant nail in the buccal cortical area of the maxillary second molar.Methods: A total of 24 patients who refused tooth extraction treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random allocation method (control group, 12 cases, maxillary second premolar and first molar were implanted with an implant between the root; In the observation group, 12 cases were implanted with an implant in the buccal cortical area of the maxillary second molar).The measurement indicators, the difference of the force measurement parameters of the implant nail, and the soft tissue profile landmarks were observed between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: Before treatment, there was no difference in U1-X, U1-Y, U6-X, U6′-Y, and U6-Y indexes between the two groups (P > 0.05).After treatment, there was no difference in U1-X, U6-X and U6′-Y indexes between the two groups (P > 0.05).U1-Y and U6 "-Y indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).There was no difference in U1-X index between the two groups after treatment (P > 0.05).U1-Y, U6′-Y and U6 "-Y indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and U6-C and MTD indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there were no differences in facial Angle, upper lip protrusion, nasolabial Angle and lower lip protrusion between the two groups (P > 0.05).After treatment, the facial profile Angle and upper lip protrusion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nasolabial Angle in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).There was no difference in lower lip protrusion between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Implantation of the implant nail into the buccal cortical area of the maxillary second molars can promote the push molars to move far away, and the treatment effect is outstanding.
