Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of pushing the molar to the distance with the implant nail in the buccal cortical area of the maxillary second molar.Methods: A total of 24 patients who refused tooth extraction treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random allocation method (control group, 12 cases, maxillary second premolar and first molar were implanted with an implant between the root; In the observation group, 12 cases were implanted with an implant in the buccal cortical area of the maxillary second molar).The measurement indicators, the difference of the force measurement parameters of the implant nail, and the soft tissue profile landmarks were observed between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: Before treatment, there was no difference in U1-X, U1-Y, U6-X, U6′-Y, and U6-Y indexes between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment, there was no difference in U1-X, U6-X and U6′-Y indexes between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).U1-Y and U6 "-Y indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no difference in U1-X index between the two groups after treatment (P ＞ 0.05).U1-Y, U6′-Y and U6 "-Y indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and U6-C and MTD indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).
