Objective To explore the implementation effect analysis of personalized nursing combined with body language communication in pediatric nursing work.Methods: A total of 86 children admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as subjects of this study.They were divided by random number table method, observation group and control group, with average n=43.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given personalized nursing combined with body language communication.The treatment compliance, nursing quality evaluation and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results: The treatment compliance of the observation group was 93.02％ and that of the control group was 76.74％.The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Nursing skills, service attitude, ward management, disinfection and hygiene, doctor-patient communication scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35％ and that of the control group was 81.40％, and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Personalized nursing combined with body language communication has an ideal effect in the application of pediatric nursing, the treatment compliance has been improved, and the family members of children with high satisfaction evaluation, worthy of promotion and application.
