Objective To analyze the application value of abdominal ultrasonography and vaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods: In this investigation, 50 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected from January 2020 to March 2022.All of them received vaginal B-ultrasound, abdominal B-ultrasound, vaginal B-ultrasound + abdominal B-ultrasound, and evaluated the results of the three examination methods.Results: 1) Pathological examination of 50 patients confirmed placenta previa in 4 cases, ectopic pregnancy in 30 cases, luteal rupture in 5 cases, torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle in 6 cases and acute pelvic inflammatory disease in 5 cases.2) 36 cases were confirmed by abdominal ultrasonography, with a diagnosis rate of 72.00％; 44 cases were confirmed by vaginal ultrasonography, the diagnosis rate was 88.00％.Combined examination confirmed 48 cases, the diagnosis rate was 96.00％.3) In terms of diagnosis rate, the diagnosis rate of the combined group was higher than that of the vagina group and the abdomen group, and the diagnosis rate of the vagina group was slightly higher than that of the abdomen group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The combined examination of abdominal and vaginal B-ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in patients with gynecological acute abdomen, thus providing the basis for clinical treatment and worthy of promotion.
