摘要
目的:分析胫骨平台骨折患者采用微创Liss钢板经皮内固定技术治疗的临床效果以及对创伤相关指标的影响.方法:以2020年12月至2022年6月为研究时间区间,选取60例胫骨平台骨折患者,以随机数字表法为依据将研究对象分为两组,各30例,对照组实施切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组实施微创Liss钢板经皮内固定技术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、手术相关指标、治疗后关节功能评分、并发症发生情况.结果:①对照组治疗优良率为73.33％,观察组治疗优良率为93.33％,观察组高于对照组,差异显著(P ＜ 0.05).②手术
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive Liss plate percutaneous fixation in patients with tibial plateau fracture and its effect on trauma-related indicators.Methods: Taking December 2020 to June 2022 as the research time interval, 60 patients with tibial plateau fracture were selected, and the study subjects were divided into two groups with 30 cases on the basis of random number table method, the control group was treated with incision reduction internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with percutaneous fixation technique of minimally invasive Liss steel plate, and the treatment effect, surgery-related indicators, joint function score and complications after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results (1) The excellent treatment rate of the control group was 73.33％, and the excellent treatment rate of the observation group was 93.33％, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).(2) The relevant indicators of surgery[fracture healing time, hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss, incision length and operation time]were less common in the control group and less in the observation group (P＜0.05).(3) After treatment, the joint function scores of knee joint and hip joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).(4) The incidence of complications[loosening of internal fixation, malformation healing, incision infection]was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The percutaneous fixation technique of minimally invasive Liss steel plate can achieve outstanding effect in patients with tibial plateau fracture, which can improve joint function, high safety, and help patients recover their condition.
