Objective To investigate the effect of colposcopy combined with Lip knife in the treatment of high-grade cervical lesions. Methods: A total of 84 patients with high-grade cervical lesions from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group (conventional Lipknife treatment) and observation group (colposcopy combined with Lipknife treatment), 42 cases in each group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss, shorter operation time, vaginal discharge time and wound healing time, and lower postoperative pain score,TNF in postoperative observation group- α、 The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Colposcopy combined with Lip knife is effective in the treatment of high-grade cervical lesions.
