Objective To observe the intervention effect of psychological nursing and health education in the intervention of elderly patients with dental pulp disease.Methods: The number of elderly patients with dental pulp disease was 106.The visiting time was from January 2019 to December 2021.By using random grouping, they were divided into control (routine nursing mode) and observation (psychological nursing and health education).2 groups, each with 53 cases.The adverse psychological mood, nursing satisfaction, health knowledge score and treatment compliance were observed in the two groups of patients.Results: The adverse psychological and emotional score of the observation group was lower than the control group, the nursing satisfaction observation group was higher than the control group, the health knowledge understanding score after nursing was higher than the control group, and the level 1 treatment compliance observation group was higher than the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion: The psychological nursing and health education method in the intervention of the elderly patients with dental pulp disease can help to improve the patients'' bad psychological mood, improve the patient''s nursing satisfaction, enhance the understanding of health knowledge, and have high disease treatment compliance.
