Objective To analyze the effect of liqi zhitong plaster on gastrointestinal reaction of children with intravenous drip of azithromycin.Methods: 64 children aged from 6 months to 7 years who were hospitalized in the Second Department of Pediatrics of Changle County People''s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 with gastrointestinal reactions caused by intravenous drip of azithromycin or erythromycin were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group, with 32 cases in each group After the children were treated with Liqi Zhitong Patch, the effect was significant, the treatment time was prolonged, and the treatment efficiency of children was higher; The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The application of Liqi Zhitong Patch in the treatment of children with gastrointestinal reaction caused by intravenous drip of azithromycin has a significant effect, which can alleviate the gastrointestinal reaction of children, and is worthy of promotion.
