Objective To analyze the implementation value and specific methods of holistic nursing in the nursing of chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure.Methods: From October 12, 2020 to October 12, 2022, 100 patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure were selected as study samples.The patients were divided into two groups according to the odd and even values at the end of the hospitalization number.The odd patients were included in the control group for routine nursing care, with a sample size of 50 patients; The related research data of life in the study group showed that the scores of all indiadvantages in the follow-up (P＜0.05); Compared with the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate in the study group improved better (P＜0.05), and the comparison results were significant.Conclusion: After the implementation of holistic nursing, the nursing needs of patients can be met to the maximum extent, which is of positive significance for the improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate.The quality of life of patients has been effectively improved and can be promoted.
