Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying cluster nursing in intensive care unit. Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022, a total of 80 patients in the intensive care unit of our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing intervention, and the observation group implemented cluster nursing. The changes in nutritional status, nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the levels of albumin and hemoglobin between the two groups before nursing, which was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After nursing, the levels of albumin and hemoglobin in the two groups increased, and the comparison between the two groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, urinary system infection, pulmonary infection and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P; The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of the application of cluster nursing in ICU nursing is outstanding, which can improve the nutritional status and reduce the occurrence of complications. It has been approved by patients with satisfaction, and it is recommended to popularize the application in clinical practice.
