目的:分析中药熏蒸、康复护理针对骨折术后关节功能障碍患者的康复效果.方法:随机抽取2021年1月到2022年10月于我院就骨折术后关节功能障碍接受医疗措施的患者60例作为本次研究的参考对象,按照损伤状况、损伤类型、并发症、身体基础性疾病、性别、年龄等指标按照人数将其均分为观察组和对照组.对照组单纯采用康复护理,而观察组在对照组所采用措施的基础上采用中药薰蒸;对比两组患者关节活动、VAS评分、护理有效率、对护理指导依从性.结果:观察组患者护理期间对护理指导依从性、护理有效率较之于对照组患者而言明显更高,P
Abstract
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and rehabilitation nursing on patients with joint dysfunction after fracture surgery.Methods: 60 patients who received medical treatment for joint dysfunction after fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected as the reference objects of this study.They were equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to the number of patients according to the injury status, injury type, complications, basic physical diseases, gender, age and other indicators. The control group was treated with rehabilitation nursing alone, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the measures taken in the control group; The joint activity, VAS score, nursing efficiency and compliance with nursing guidance of the two groups were compared.Results: The compliance of patients in the observation group to nursing guidance and the effective rate of nursing care during nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05); The joint activity and VAS score of the patients in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: For the patients with joint dysfunction after fracture surgery, there is still a disadvantage of insufficient patient compliance in the simple use of rehabilitation nursing.Combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can significantly reduce the pain of patients'' joints, reduce the adverse reactions during nursing, and help to enhance patients'' compliance to nursing guidance during rehabilitation.
