摘要
目的:探索乳腺结节伴钙化运用浅表超声诊断的临床应用价值.方法:选取我院2019年1月-2021年12月查出的乳腺结节伴钙化患者52例作为回顾性研究,先观察浅表超声检查结果,然后观察钼靶诊断结果,对于乳腺钙化以钼靶检查作为诊断的金标准,结节的良恶性以病理结果为金标准,对比观察诊断结果.结果:52例患者中钼靶诊断乳腺结节伴粗大钙化患者16例,乳腺结节伴微小钙化患者36例;浅表超声诊断出乳腺结节伴粗大钙化患者15例(93.75％)(漏诊1例),乳腺结节伴微小钙化患者35例(97.22％)(误诊1例),检出率96
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of superficial ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast nodules with calcification.METHODS: 52 cases of Breast nodules with calcification diagnosed in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as a retrospective study, for breast calcification, mammography is the gold standard for diagnosis, and for benign and malignant nodules, pathology is the gold standard for comparison.Results: Among the 52 cases, 16 cases were diagnosed as mammary nodules with coarse calcification by Molybdenum target, 36 cases were diagnosed as mammary nodules with minute calcification, 15 cases (93.75％) were diagnosed as mammary nodules with coarse calcification by superficial ultrasonography (1 case missed) , there were 35 cases (97.22％) of breast nodules with microcalcification (1 case misdiagnosed) .The detection rate was 96.15％ , close to the molybdenum target diagnosis.35 cases of breast nodules with microcalcification detected by superficial ultrasonography were considered as malignant, so52 cases were examined by pathology.The results were as follows: 18 cases were benign and 34 cases were malignant. CONCLUSION:superficial ultrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of breast nodules with calcification, and the detection rate is high.It can accurately distinguish the benign and malignant breast nodules, thus early diagnosis and early intervention in the development of the disease, so as to reduce the mortality of breast cancer, its clinical application value is higher, is worth popularizing.
