Objective To analyze the curative effect of acitretin combined with Qingre Qufeng Zhiyang Wai Xi Fang on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods: 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly selected; According to the number of people, they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with acitretin combined with Qingre Qufeng Zhiyang External Washing Formula, and the control group was treated with acitretin; At the end of treatment, the PASI scores and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results: The study results showed that the PASI score and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: It is necessary to consider the dosage and patient''s condition in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with acitretin combined with Qingre Qufeng Zhiyang Wai Xi Fang, which can ensure that the combined treatment can have a better effect than single drug treatment.
