Objective To explore the prevention and control strategies of public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases in schools.Methods: The data of infectious diseases in schools in our city from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research content, and the evaluation and prevention and control effects of sudden public health risks of infectious diseases in schools were studied.Results: In the past two years, there were five school infection health incidents in the city, all of which were Class IV, including two cases of mumps, one case of chickenpox, and two cases of influenza. There were two hundred and one patients in total, and there was no direct death case.Three of the five school incidents were reported to health and medical institutions, and the other two were reported to disease control departments.The reporting date and time of the first event are 2.31～15.26d, the reporting time to the last event is 0.6h～2.31d, and the occurrence date and time from the first event to the last case are 3.06～40.18d.Conclusion: Epidemic infectious diseases and public health emergencies of school infectious diseases are easy to occur in rural primary and middle schools with poor medical and economic level.Therefore, the relevant departments still need to strengthen the prevention and control of related events, implement policies, do a good job in security work, and create a safe learning environment for students.
