目的:分析不同压力高压氧治疗胃部巨大溃疡的效果.方法:本次以70例胃部巨大溃疡患者为例进行调查,患者均来自于临沂市中心医院高压氧科,入选时间是2020年7月～2022年6月,并接受抛硬币方式分组,对照组常规治疗+0.20MPa高压氧治疗,观察组常规治疗+0.25MPa高压氧治疗,比较两组疗效,观察溃疡缩小面积,比较两组的症状缓解情况,统计不良反应.结果:对两组的治疗有效率进行比较,观察组数值更高,为94.29％(33例),P ＜ 0.05;两组溃疡直径治疗无显著差异,P ＞ 0.05,治疗四周和治疗八周时
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen at different pressures on giant gastric ulcer. Methods: This time, 70 patients with giant gastric ulcer were investigated, all of them were from the hyperbaric oxygen department of Linyi Central Hospital, and they were selected from July 2020 to June 2022, and were divided into two groups by coin toss. The control group was treated with conventional therapy +0.20MPa hyperbaric oxygen, and the observation group was treated with conventional therapy+0.25mpa hyperbaric oxygen. The curative effect of the two groups was compared, the ulcer area was observed, the symptom relief of the two groups was compared, and the adverse reactions were counted. Results: Comparing the effective rate of the two groups, the value of the observation group is higher, 94.29％(33 cases), P ＜ 0.05; There was no significant difference in ulcer diameter between the two groups (P＞0.05). After four weeks and eight weeks of treatment, the ulcer diameter in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ((1.01±0.23)cm and (0.11±0.03)cm, respectively, P ＜ 0.05). Before treatment, there was no difference in symptom scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the abdominal distension, stomachache and acid reflux in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with scores of (0.32±0.11), (0.45±0.04) and (0.51±0.12) respectively, P ＜ 0.05; Adverse reactions of the two groups were lower, with no statistical difference (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Compared with lower pressure hyperbaric oxygen, the former is more effective in the treatment of giant gastric ulcer. When the pressure is 0.25MPa, the treatment effect is remarkable, the symptoms are relieved quickly, and the adverse reactions are obvious, so it is safe and worth using.
