Objective To analyze the influence of PDCA circulation nursing mode on the sterilization quality of the disinfection supply center. Methods: This study included 1000 pieces of recovered instruments and articles before and after the PDCA cycle nursing mode was carried out in the disinfection supply room of our hospital as the object, of which 500 pieces of instruments and articles were treated from June 2019 to June 2020 as the control group, and 500 pieces of instruments and articles were treated from July 2020 to July 2021 as the observation group. In 2019, the disinfection supply room of our hospital carried out PDCA cycle nursing mode with the focus on improving the quality of working fluid, Observe the qualification rate of instrument disinfection and sterilization, department satisfaction, and the work quality, assessment score, and daily workload of the disinfection supply center carrying out PDCA circular nursing mode. Results: The qualified rate of sterilization and disinfection of instruments and articles and satisfaction of clinical departments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant differences between groups (P＜0.05). The work quality score of the disinfection supply center after carrying out PDCA circulation nursing mode was significantly higher than that before carrying out PDCA circulation nursing mode. There was significant difference before and after carrying out PDCA circulation nursing mode (P＜0.05). The daily workload and personnel assessment scores of the disinfection supply center after the PDCA circulation nursing mode were significantly higher than those before the PDCA circulation nursing mode, with significant difference before and after the implementation, P＜0.05. Conclusion: PDCA circulation nursing mode in the disinfection and supply center can improve the quality of sterilization and disinfection and the comprehensive quality of staff, enable the disinfection and supply center to complete all work efficiently, and provide basic guarantee for the development of clinical work.
